We Supply 1 off Reactor Vessel Vertical 800NB x 1650 H from SS316, design and fabricate AS1210-2010 Class 2A. Vessel is insulated with 150mm Rockwool and clad with 0.6mm Aluminium. Packed for shipment to New Zealand. Delivered August 2019. (JN 173990)

We were commissioned to supply labour to fabricate 1 x 750NB Rotating Disc Column from Client IP Design, Internally and Externally Polished to 0.8um and better. All welding done on the vessel is to ASME IX, Despatched in April 2018.

711Dia KMR Project for Exxon Crude De-etahnizer Heater AES type Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger Sour service, AS1210-Class 1 & TEMA R

We tender for the De-Ethaniser Heat Exchanger for the Exxon Kipper Mercury Removal project in early 2014 and received the contract in July 2014. We design, fabricate, test, paint, and purge with nitrogen and expedite to Worley/Exxon Mobil specification 1 off 711Dia AES TEMA type Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger. The TEMA type AES Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger is design and operate in Sour Service (H2S) enviroment. The Heat Exchanger is design and fabricate to AS1210-Class 1 & TEMA R – 100% NDE. The Exchanger is coated with Thermal Spray Aluminium and Insulate with Pyrogel XT-E and Cladded, completed and Despatched in FEB 2015.

We designed and supplied 1 off 1118 Dia Gas Coalescer Housing, 10200 kpag to AS1210 Class 1 for Pall Australia. The Vessel comes with GD Bandlock Quick Opening Closure rated 900lbs. The vessel completed successfully and installed on site in Rolleston QLD, for Jemena in September 2015.

We completed the fabrication of 2 off Automotive Diesel Fuel Filtration vessels for Liquip International for UGL WA Port Hedland. The vessels were hydro tested, Blast and paint internally and externally to International paint specifications for fuel handling and spark test done on internal of the main chamber. britannia:jahco successfully delivered 2 off 60” Diesel Fuel Filters 19Barg, May 2017.

We supplied 2 off 1067ID Air Reservoir 3000L for Power Generation Control for Penske Power System/RAAF base in Laverton. Design and Build AS1210-Class 1 – 100% NDE, the Design pressure 3675kpag, Design is register with Victorian Workcover. The vessel is painted with High build Epoxy coating suitable for coastal environment.

We fabricated 6 sets of 2 x 8” Condensers and Coolers polished SS316 to 0.8um or better. Fabricate and Weld to ASME IX. All tube to tubesheet welds buffed after welding. All welds are purged and Tig Clean (passivation), 1st set delivered in July 2024.
