711Dia KMR Project for Exxon Crude De-etahnizer Heater AES type Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger Sour service, AS1210-Class 1 & TEMA R, FEB 2015.
We tender for the De-Ethaniser Heat Exchanger for the Exxon Kipper Mercury Removal project in early 2014 and received the contract in July 2014. We design, Fabricate, test, paint, and purge with nitrogen and expedite to Worley/Exxon Mobil specification 1 off 711Dia AES TEMA type Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger. The TEMA type AES Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger is design and operate in Sour Service (H2S) enviroment. The Heat Exchanger is design and fabricate to AS1210-Class 1 & TEMA R – 100% NDE. The Exchanger is coated with Thermal Spray Aluminium and Insulate with Pyrogel XT-E and Cladded, completed and Despatched in FEB 2015.
